Cherry Blossom Pilates was set up by Nadya Giffen Dip ITEC IAHT. Nadya has over 18 years experience in complementary therapies as well as in the fitness industry. Nadya is trained in Classical mat Pilates, Pilates for orthopeadic condition, Fitness Pilates and Pre and Post Natal Pilates. Nadya is also a fully qualified gym instructor and group exercise instructor. Nadya also holds certifications for some of the Les Mills programmes and still currently teaches at Fitness First in St Albans.

We are a dedicated Pilates studio in St Albans, equipped with Pilates Reformers, Towers, various barrels and chairs plus all the other amazing Pilates apparatus . The log cabin is a beautiful and modern studio which provides a calming, relaxing environment for classes.
