Tring Brewery’s celebrated ale, Side Pocket for a Toad, is now being poured at the exclusive Strangers’ Bar in the Houses of Parliament.

This achievement highlights the brewery’s local pride as Members of Parliament and their guests enjoy a taste of Hertfordshire tradition.

Harpenden and Berkhamsted MP Victoria Collins nominated the ale through the Guest Beer program, bringing hometown flavor to Westminster.

Tring Brewery’s beer sommelier, Jared Ward, was invited to tour Parliament and sample the ale in person, marking a proud moment for the Tring team.

Side Pocket for a Toad, which recently celebrated 25 years and was named Hertfordshire Beer of the Year, continues to flow at the historic venue this month.

Established in 1992, Tring Brewery is renowned for quality ales rooted in local legend, and offers tours and tastings at Dunsley Farm for visitors eager to learn more.
