Redbourn Cricket Club was officially founded prior to 1823, making the Club one of the oldest in Hertfordshire. We have 4 senior teams playing in the Saracens Herts Premier League on Saturdays and local friendlies on Sundays. Our 1XI have been promoted in each of the last 4 years and now play in the Championship. The 2XI play in div 4B, the 3XI in 8A and 4XI in 10W. On Sundays we have a social side who play friendly fixtures against local clubs. In 2020 our 1XI played at Lord's in the final of the National Village Knockout Cup. We have over 300 boys and girls in U7 - U15 age groups. The Irish Club is a social members club situated off the A414 by London Colney. We also hold private functions in our expansive and sizeable back bar. Several GAA teams play out of our club, plus we show live sports, have three darts teams, Irish Dancing and much more. The opening times listed here are subject to minor variations. The club may also close later at the weekend if there are functions running. Generally the latest the club can open till is 1am with 45 minutes drinking up time. The club can also occasionally close early at the bar attendants discretion dependent on numbers in the club. We are always open to new members joining - if you'd like to become a member we would please invite you to call the Secretary.

We’re An Outdoor Kids Rugby Club For 2 - 8 Year Olds!! We are passionate about getting children running around outside whatever the weather; being active, having loads of fun and learning valuable, lifelong skills. Our highly creative games ensure that every child is entertained and engaged the entire time - that’s also down to the fact we have the most amazing coaches EVER!! Kids rugby teaches multiple sports skills and also all the wonderful, wholesome principles like teamwork, respect, discipline and a bit of healthy competition!

Based in St Albans, we are one of the oldest and most active cycling clubs in Hertfordshire, with over 450 members. We cater for committed club riders through to competitive racers of all ages. Our activities include club rides, youth sessions, road and track racing, time-trials, cyclo-cross, sportives, audax, plus some off-road cycling and virtual rides. We also organise social events throughout the year. In addition, we sponsor the Verulam Megan’s Racing Team and help organise the Welwyn Track League, Verulam Reliability Ride, Chiltern 100, Verulam Open 25 TT and the Redbourn Fete de Velo & Redbourn Crits. We have riders participating in the sport of cycling across a wide range of disciplines, ability levels and ages.
