St. Albans Underwater Hockey Club is a friendly and competitive sports club based in Hertfordshire, welcoming players of all abilities aged 10 and up for the junior sessions and 16+ for the adult sessions. We train weekly at Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre and compete in tournaments across the UK.
