We offer a FREE Toddler drop in session on Tuesday mornings from 10.00am to midday at Cottonmill Community & Cycling Centre in collaboration with LeeannasWish CIC Paid classes for school age children from age 4 to age 7 are held at 4pm to 6pm on Tuesday afternoons in Term Time at Cottonmill Community & Cycling Centre. St. Albans Underwater Hockey Club is a friendly and competitive sports club based in Hertfordshire, welcoming players of all abilities aged 10 and up for the junior sessions and 16+ for the adult sessions. We train weekly at Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre and compete in tournaments across the UK. Whether you're new to the sport or an experienced player, you'll find a great team spirit, a challenging workout, and a lot of fun underwater. Come and give it a try.
