The Reclamation Space offers gentle yoga for women recovering from breast cancer. Founded by Helen, a breast cancer survivor and yoga teacher, these small-group classes are designed for the "in-between" phase — when treatment has ended but you don't quite feel like yourself again. Whether you join online or in person in St Albans, Hertfordshire, every class is built around nervous system recovery, rebuilding trust in your body, and finding peace at your own pace. No experience needed. No pressure to perform. Just a safe, supported space for you. Classes run weekly. One-to-one sessions and a 6-week Women in Reclamation Programme are also available.

I am a fertility specialist yoga teacher. I also run wellness days locally.

This safe, expansive, nurturing and inspiring venue has been a dedicated Yoga space since January 2003. The walls have absorbed the energy of good hearts and good intentions, supporting spiritual practice for both student and teacher alike. The vibration is high and there is much laughter. It is a dwelling place for a tribe of likeminded souls dedicated to cultivating joy, whilst honouring and supporting each other through the rocks and shoals of life’s journey. There is, quite simply, nowhere else like it.
