We are more than just a club, we are a community of women in St Albans who love to run, inspire and support each other in achieving our running goals. As a club we have groups which cater for all levels of running, from beginners learning to run 0-5k to development sessions aimed at improving your stamina and speed. St. Albans Underwater Hockey Club is a friendly and competitive sports club based in Hertfordshire, welcoming players of all abilities aged 10 and up for the junior sessions and 16+ for the adult sessions. We train weekly at Westminster Lodge Leisure Centre and compete in tournaments across the UK. Whether you're new to the sport or an experienced player, you'll find a great team spirit, a challenging workout, and a lot of fun underwater. Come and give it a try.
