I have been teaching yoga since 2005 & have subsequently trained as a Breathwork & iRest Meditation Teacher. I have also studied Theta Healing & other wellbeing modalities, all of which I now combine into my different sessions. Much of my work is with women who tend to be juggling family, home & work. I am all too familiar with that sense of overwhelm & stress which can become even more heightened during peri-menopause. As we try to push through, it can lead to a constant feeling of exhaustion. So empowering you with self-care tools to manage stress, build physical, mental & emotional strength & resilience is of utmost importance to me. Currently I offer Breathwork Workshops, Breath-Body-Mind sessions, Women Only Yoga Classes & 1:1.
