Husband and wife team, James and Jo-Anne have always been passionate about bread and started baking sourdough every day to give to family, friends and lucky neighbours. The Choc Spot bakes and sells award-winning Brownies at the Farmer's Market in St Albans and runs workshops and after school clubs for kids and adults to bake and create, grow in confidence in the kitchen and discover the baker within.
