We are a modern Public House - a restaurant, pub and somewhere to stay set on the edge of Harpenden Common and minutes from the bustling high street. We offer a warm welcome whether you are coming for lunch, dinner, just a drink or to stay the night. We serve seasonal Modern British food - classic British food with an inventive twist as well as more sophisticated plates and our famous Sunday lunches and popular Steak Nights. Enjoy interesting local ales and larger, an interesting wine list and cocktails in a relaxed and contemporary setting. We use local produce sourced direct from ethical and sustainable producers. Upstairs we have four comfortable en-suite bedrooms, perfect for an overnight stay if you are visiting friends or family.
